You will be charged for any damage to our property and the furniture/appliances according to the damage and the cost to replace or repair.
Boomer's Outback is a smoke-free establishment. All of our lodging is NON-SMOKING. A fee of $100 will be added if you choose to smoke in our lodging.
No pets are allowed in our lodge or cabins. We have heated kennels in the garage next to the LODGE for your use. We do have pet-friendly rooms at our motel - click here
No open fires are allowed on the property.
All our lodging provides sheets/ bedding/ towels.
Lodge and Cabins (except Cabin 5 ) have pots/ pans/ dishes/ silverware / toaster/ coffee maker.
Must give a 10 day notice, then no charge. If reservation is cancelled within 10 days of the stay then 50% of total stay will be charged and collected (unless we are able to fill the reservation).
Must give a 14 day notice, then no charge. If reservation is cancelled within 14 days of the stay then 50% of total stay will be charge and collected (unless we are able to fill the reservation).
Must give 24 hour notice, or total stay will be charged and collected.
20% deposit required to hold lodge and cabin reservations.
